As someone who's had a portfolio career, I've crafted many effective resumes for myself. When I realized I had this skillset, I began helping others.
Ten years later, I continue to be passionate about helping people take ownership over their skillset, craft resumes that highlight their leadership, and find ways to humanize and normalize the job search experience.
For many of my clients, it's nearly impossible for them to see their strengths. And I'm talking about people with PhDs or 10+ years in sales or nurses who restructured patient care during Covid.
This "leadership blindness" often happens because your strengths come so naturally to you, it doesn't occur as leadership or accomplishment. It just occurs as, you, doing what you do.

I have 20+ years experience working in and around the entertainment and non-profit worlds in freelance and full-time positions ranging from writer to researcher to producer to assistant. My MSc is in Sociology: Gender, Sexuality, and Society from the University of Amsterdam (Oct 2018). I am additionally a storyteller and solo performer.

I've lived in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Amsterdam. I've traveled to many beautiful, inspiring places ranging from Cairo to Oslo. I do yoga, pilates, and at one point in my life, the flying trapeze was a weekly hobby for me. I'm just as interested in what's up with Taylor Swift and Lizzo as I am with Marina Abramovic and Judith Butler.
